Terms and Conditions

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract and provide accurate, complete, and current information.

The Licensing Authority reserves the right to reject combinations that may cause offence or confusion.

We may request identity, entitlement, or ownership documentation before approval or transfer.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that all prices, fees, descriptions, and availability information displayed on the website are accurate. However, typographical, administrative, technical, system, integration, or data errors may occasionally occur.

All orders, including orders for which payment has been authorised or received, remain subject to price verification, availability checks, and final acceptance by us and, where applicable, approval by the Licensing Authority.

An automated order acknowledgement, payment receipt, or payment authorisation does not constitute final acceptance of an order. A contract is formed only when we issue an express final order confirmation stating that the order has been accepted.

Where a price, fee, plate description, availability status, or other material order information is incorrect due to an error, we may reject or cancel the order before final acceptance. We will notify the customer promptly and refund all amounts paid in respect of the cancelled order. Where appropriate, the customer may be offered the opportunity to place a new order at the correct price.

After final acceptance, an order may only be cancelled because of a pricing or listing error where the error was manifest or should reasonably have been apparent, and only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

The Licensing Authority may re-issue personalised numbers where ownership rights lapse.

Examples include expired or unrenewed Certificates of Ownership.

Re-issuance may also occur where a vehicle is deregistered, or where roadworthiness certification is not maintained for seven years.

The following combinations will not be issued:

• combinations deemed offensive or confusing;
• any combination containing the letters O, Q, I, S, or Z.

For PREMIUM and AUCTION listings, bids are binding when placed.

We may set starting prices, reserve prices, bid increments, bidder eligibility criteria, and closing-time extension rules.

Winning bids remain subject to payment, identity checks, and Licensing Authority validation.

Failure to complete payment by the stated deadline may result in cancellation, account restrictions, and re-offer of the number.

We may void bids in cases of fraud, collusion, manipulation, technical abuse, or breach of these Terms.

Applicable fees include service fees, government fees, certificate fees, transfer fees, retention fees, and auction fees where relevant.

Refunds are provided as required by applicable law.

Where processing has already begun, some government or administrative fees may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension and recovery action for outstanding balances.
